Coming from electronics background, what sparked your shift to UX design?
Ah, the big shift! Well, I’ve been a designer (technically an artist) since 4th grade, doing sketches and drawings. But in 2018, I started on Upwork as a graphic designer. I don't know how I got the idea, but everyone has a side hustle, right? Earning money at a young age—so did I. I started freelancing, got my first client, and guess what? He blocked me due to poor communication. That led me to take a long break. I resumed my professional design journey during college in my second year—believe it or not—as a member of the robotics club (yep, robots need design too!). From designing there to freelancing on Upwork, I worked my way up to become a top-rated designer. I’ve had the privilege of working with major international clients. And before all that, I was dabbling in everything—from running a YouTube roasting channel and drawing anime sketches on Instagram to even creating my own NFT art. So yeah, I’ve been all over the creative map!

Where are you located, and are you open to working in-office or remotely?
I’m currently based in Pune, India, but I’m all about flexibility. Whether it’s collaborating remotely from my cozy setup or joining the team in person, I’m game for whatever best fits the project and team vibe!

Absolutely! AI isn’t just a buzzword for me. I use it to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and take design to the next level. From chatbots to AI-powered tools like Figma plugins—I've got the tech-savvy skills to stay ahead of the curve.
